Vol. 2 (2026): Dutch and Germans at work. Cultural differences.
This volume presents the results of research on cultural differences in workplace behaviour between Germans and the Dutch, using the Critical Incident Technique. The study identifies distinct German and Dutch cultural standards and links them to different values, showing that German behaviour is guided by a different cultural logic from that of the Dutch. The study further discusses the implications of the results for the concept of national culture and the historical processes that have led to the emergence of these different values.
