Abstract

This volume describes the research project ‘One market, many cultures’, its theoretical foundations, and practical methods. The project is an initiative of the European Institute for Cross-cultural Studies (CROCUS) and the group of Organizational Behaviour, Change Management & Consultancy (OBCC) at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. It aims to describe in detail the cultural differences between European countries by carrying out binational studies, in which two countries are compared
at a time.
