Mission

(Art. 2 of the constitution)

1. The foundation aims to initiate, support and / or lead scientific research in cross cultural management and behavior, ethnic diversity and related subjects and to spread knowledge about this.
2. In pursuing its objective, the foundation prefers interpretive and qualitative studies and facilitates publications in this field.
3. The foundation tries to achieve its goal by offering support or supervision in studies of third parties; to stimulate, set up and / or lead research projects; publishing papers and books; organizing meetings and conferences; building and maintaining a network of European scientists who conduct qualitative interpretive research; and all other activities that serve the purpose.
4. The property serving the purpose is formed by subsidies, gifts, bequests, which is obtained through inheritance, as well as other income.
5. The foundation does not aim to make a profit.
